The Gorilla Boy
“This trip to Asia is going to be magnificent,” Stacy exclaimed to her co-workers as they were packing up the car that will take them to the airport, “I’m sure we’re going to find a ton a research”. Stacy is a hardworking scientist that loves her job and is willing to do anything to find a ton of good research.
“I’m not looking forward to the long trip though,” one of her co-workers responded. Stacy and her co-workers are going to explore one of Asia’s juggles and observe its wildlife, but first they had to make a long trip to get there.
After many hours they finally arrived to their destination. It was dawn where they were staying at in Asia and the scientists had a full day ahead of them. Even though Stacy and her co-workers were exhausted from the long trip, they were very eager to start their research in the jungle, so they headed out to start their research. Luckily where they were staying was fairly close to the jungle they were researching.
As the scientists were exploring through the jungle they saw something very extraordinary. It was a group of gorillas and with them it looked to be a human child that was a boy. The child did everything the gorillas did. They observed for a little bit. The boy played with the gorillas, walked, and even ate like all of them. They were in shock because they’ve never seen anything like it. Sarah asked, “Should we try to talk to him?”
“No!” Her co-worker replied, “We should call someone”. So, the group of scientists proceeded to call for help, but when they did they learned people already knew about the boy that lived with the gorillas. They also learned that many doctors have tried to help the boy, but he wouldn’t change his habits and his actions were very dangerous, so every doctor would give up. Eventually, every doctor that was asked to help him out would deny the request to help because what they’ve heard about the last attempts to do so. It has been over five years and the boy is still able maintain a life with the gorillas.
The Forgotten Child
Today is the big hiking trip Dad!” My son was so excited. I wasn’t taking him on a huge hiking trip, but one that was good enough to make him the happiest kid in the world. I just took him up the woods a couple miles. We lived in Georgia so it wasn’t very hard to find woods to hike through.
We were having a great day, but everything changed when we spotted something very weird. It was a very young human girl just sleeping in the woods by herself. She had many scratches on her. I couldn’t believe what my eyes were seeing. I immediately called 911.
The paramedics arrived immediately and took her to the hospital. Eventually the hospital concluded that she was indeed a human girl but not normal. From the blood work, the way she acted, and the markings on her body, they decided she may have been living with some animals for a while. They told us since she was very young, they could teach her how to speak and act like a normal human. There was indeed hope for her.
Several years later we learned that the girl got a bunch of help. She wasn’t one hundred percent yet but she spoke and could do most things like a normal human. She lived in an orphanage for a while but a family wanted to help her even more, so they adopted her. Fortunately, she lived her life on like a normal girl and was very happy.
